2. Solid Modeling

We assist our customers with using Pro/ENGINEER from PTC to design many products. From a "napkin" sketch to mostly finished designs, every detail in a part is modeled from the smallest radius to an entire assembly. Solid modeling allows customers to interference check assembly designs, optimize fit and function and give our customers the best possible view of their product. Since so much of the future cost of a product is determined in the upfront design stages, we inform our customer with the latest technologies to bring products to production, on time and with the best value.

3. Proto Type

Sometimes a CAD model just can not convey what you need to see. We can supply SLA, SLS, Cast Urethane Parts from Silicone molds, 3D printed and prototype tools through our partners and university consortiums. We have a variety of different options to supply your rapid prototyping needs.

    Using moldflow software to simulate the resin flow in cavity, it will offer to mold designer the best reference solution and greatly reduce the tooling development lead time

MOLD CAD

The UG software is extended into the CAM process, Data consistency is guaranteed by using the data from the CAD file for the CAM job of NC processing.
